Start with the customer's document.

Wholesale customers send orders in their own formats. Althair supports PDF, Excel, CSV, email, and image intake, helping your team prepare the order without typing every line into Shopify.

The workflow keeps individual purchase orders and their destinations separate. One file can contain several POs; processing a document and creating drafts are distinct steps.

Review the matches before creating drafts.

  1. Receive: upload the purchase order document.
  2. Understand: identify the purchase orders, destinations, and line items.
  3. Review: check customer and product matches, quantities, and pricing. Correct the details that need attention.
  4. Create drafts: approve the reviewed orders and create separate draft orders in Shopify.

You can use PO pricing, Shopify pricing, or a custom draft price during review. The output is a draft order for your team's next step.

This workflow is useful when a customer sends an order document instead of checking out online, especially when the file includes several delivery locations. Your customers keep their ordering process; your team gets a clearer review workspace.
